Larelle Fitt is a seasoned professional in the events and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Board Member for Tourism Greater Geelong & The Bellarine since October 2023. As Head of Conferencing & Events at The Sharp Group since September 2019, Larelle oversees five venues including Jack Rabbit Vineyard and Curlewis Golf Club. Previous roles include Wedding & Events Manager and Conference and Events Sales Manager at Novotel Hotels, as well as various management positions in the Accor Hotels group and Sheraton Melbourne Hotel. Larelle's educational background includes advanced diplomas in Hospitality and Event Management, alongside training in International Trade and Tourism.
