Prior to this, Benoit was CEO at UBI Assicurazioni, overseeing the distribution of Non-Life insurance through UBI Banca's extensive network. Benoit's earlier experience includes significant roles at AG Insurance, where responsibilities spanned project management, integration initiatives, and operational leadership. Benoit began a professional journey at Accenture, holding the position of Manager and contributing to various strategic planning and implementation projects. Benoit holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from Université libre de Bruxelles, and has completed executive programs at INSEAD and Vlerick Business School.
