Co-Founder, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product Officer at TourHero

Jann W. has a strong background in marketing and product management. Jann co-founded TourHero in 2020 and served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product Officer. Prior to that, they were the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Product at Voyagin from 2015 to 2019, where they played a key role in achieving profitability for the company. Before that, they co-founded Bottlesofjoy.com in 2014 and achieved profitability within six months. Jann also co-founded Lean Metrics in the same year and successfully managed Google Adwords campaigns resulting in increased conversions and decreased bounce rates. Jann has experience as a Senior Consultant at Gallup, where they managed and delivered projects to financial institutions. Jann began their career as a Management Executive at Game Ventures, where they handled HR, finance, and project management. Jann also gained experience as a Global Sales Office Shanghai Coordinator at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and as a Judging Executive at Start-Up@Singapore.

Jann W. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Life Science from the National University of Singapore, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. During their time there, they also participated in the NUS Overseas Colleges program from 2008 to 2009, although they did not earn a specific degree during that time. In 2008 and 2009, Jann also studied Technopreneurship as a minor at Fudan University.

In terms of additional certifications, Jann obtained a Clifton Strengthsfinder Coach certification from Gallup in February 2012. Jann also earned certifications in Google Analytics in August 2015, Google Advertising Fundamentals in October 2014, and Google Advanced Search in November 2014.
