Matthew Hofmeister is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Texas System Integration Manager at TAI Engineering since June 2021. In this role, Matthew manages a system integration team focused on providing solutions for various industries, overseeing tasks such as control system design, electrical drawings, PLC programming, and customer support. Previous positions include Senior Controls Engineer and Controls Engineer at TAI Engineering, as well as a Control Systems Engineer at Dematic, where automated materials handling solutions were designed and implemented. Matthew's career also includes significant experience at Leonardo DRS, supporting the IR Materials Department with manufacturing equipment for IR Detectors. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas.
