George Wrightson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. George started their career in 2014 as a Marketing & Events Manager at Full House Promotions, where they focused on nightlife and event production. In this role, they developed skills in business development, consultancy, and management while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

In 2018, George joined REED as an Accountancy Permanents Consultant, specializing in the part-qualified accounting market in Oxfordshire. George successfully developed a strong recruitment desk and gained a deep understanding of accounting requirements, making significant contributions to local businesses. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of IT Software Development Recruitment Specialist, where they focused on recruiting software developers and IT professionals in the South West region.

Currently, George is working at Toumetis, where they hold the position of Head of People & Culture. George started in 2021 and is responsible for talent acquisition, marketing, and internal sales. George'srole involves managing and developing the company's workforce while ensuring a strong company culture.

Throughout their career, George has demonstrated adaptability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering quality results in various roles and industries.

George Wrightson completed their Master's degree in Business Management at Oxford Brookes University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities with a focus on Classics from the University of Reading between 2008 and 2011.
