Katherine von Jan is a seasoned innovation leader with extensive experience in executive roles spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO at Tough Day since September 2023, Katherine previously held several high-impact positions at Salesforce from October 2013 to May 2023, including Chief Strategy Officer and VP of the Futures Lab and Ignite Incubator, contributing to Salesforce's recognition as one of the world's top innovative companies. Katherine also founded and led KVJ & Company, advising major corporations and universities on innovation strategies, and co-founded Fathom & Hatch, a trend consultancy. Notable earlier roles include establishing the Mobile Practice at Viant and leading partnerships with respected institutions like MIT Media Lab.
