Stephanie Warner has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Touchstone Communities since December 2021, while also working as a Nurse at Diversicare Healthcare Services Inc. since September 2019. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Safety Coordinator at Brazos Rock from April 2013 to August 2016 and served as Resident Services Coordinator at Sullivan Healthcare from June 2009 to July 2012. Stephanie's educational background includes attendance at Kewanee High School from 1989 to 1992.
