Lissette de la Rosa, MPA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Touchstone Climbing since May 2023. Prior to this role, Lissette held the position of Global Recruitment Manager at Northland Controls from September 2022 to March 2023. Lissette has extensive experience in human resources, having previously worked as the Human Resources Director at ECO BAY SERVICES, INC. from January 2018 to February 2022, and as an Operations Manager at Five Keys Charter Schools and Programs from July 2016 to January 2018. Lissette's career began at the NYC Department of Education, where roles included Family and Community Engagement Administrator from November 2013 to July 2016 and Community Associate at East River Academy from September 2007 to November 2013. Lissette holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The City College of New York.
