Gordon Hyland began their work experience as a Sales Manager at Touchstar On-Board Retail in November 2017. Gordon held this role until January 2020. In January 2020, they joined TouchStar Technologies as a Sales Director, a position they currently hold.

Gordon Hyland obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Zoology from Bangor University. Gordon attended the university from 1988 to 1991.
