Nick Nelson has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Nick currently works as the Director of Customer Success at TouchPoints Pro, a position they have held since December 2022.
Before that, Nick worked at NorthStar Home for a significant period of time. Starting in April 2008, they held various roles within the company. From April 2008 to May 2009, they worked as a Sales Representative. Nick then transitioned to the role of Customer Retention Manager, where they stayed until May 2015. Finally, they became the Director of Customer Experience in May 2015, overseeing multiple departments within the Customer Experience side of the Contact Center. Their responsibilities included managing Customer Service, Billing, Cancellation, Collections, Retention, and Inside Sales teams. Nick held this position until April 2023.
From July 2009 to July 2012, Nick was self-employed as a former Professional Golfer.
Nick Nelson began their education at Odessa College from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Following that, they attended Utah Valley University from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Behavioral Sciences.
