Nick Catros is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at TouchBistro since October 2018, Catros has previously held senior legal positions at Real Matters, Points International Ltd., and Kobo Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing legal departments and contributing to senior management teams. Earlier in the career, Catros served as Vice-President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at CryptoLogic Limited, managing legal matters across multiple international subsidiaries. Catros began the career as a partner at Goodman and Carr LLP, specializing in commercial transactions across various industries. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, an MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University, a Bachelor of Laws from Western University, and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Western Ontario.
