Inès Joly has diverse work experience in various industries. In 2010, they interned at Societe Generale Private Banking, where they collected and filed customer records and implemented databases. In 2012, they interned at JCDecaux, where they conducted a competition analysis and analyzed marketing data. In 2015, they worked as an Event Manager Assistant at Ôdecréa - Cultura Gastronómica, organizing various culinary events and managing supplier and customer relationships. In 2016, they worked as a Sales and Customer-service Agent at Mon Petit Paris, handling bookings and customer service in multiple languages. In 2017, they worked as a Data Analyst Associate at 55, setting up and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Finally, since 2018, they have been working at Toucan Toco, first as a Project Manager, App Designer, and Dataviz' Expert, and currently as Customer Care Team Lead, providing internal and external support for end-users and app administrators while ensuring scalability for clients.
Inès JOLY obtained a Master's Degree in Business/Commerce from emlyon business school from 2014 to 2018. Inès also attended Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in 2017 for a business-related course. Prior to that, they completed a preparatory class for highly competitive entrance examinations for French Business Schools at Classe préparatoire, Saint Jean de Passy from 2013 to 2014. In 2010 and 2011, they attended Lycée Henri IV where they focused on Mathematics during high school. Additionally, they hold several certifications including being Toucan Toco Certified, TOIEC certified by ETS Global, and holding a Certificate of Data Science from Epitech. Inès also obtained a Certificate of Training in First Aid (PSC1) from Protection Civile Française in 2016.
