Additional roles include Application Architect and Technical Architect at Florida Blue and a decade-long tenure at Beeline, contributing to software development and architecture for Fortune 500 clients. Billy holds an MBA in Marketing from Jacksonville University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida.
