Lukas Costa has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Lukas started their career as an Apprentice at Record TV in 2012. After that, they worked as a Gym Receptionist at Smart Fit from 2015 to 2016. Later, they joined Bluefit Academia as a Gym Attendant from 2018 to 2019, and then as a Unit Manager from 2019 to 2020. In 2022, they worked as a Customer Service representative at REDFIT Academias. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Executive at TotalPass Brasil starting from January 2023.

Lukas Costa's education history includes two major educational experiences. From 2022 to 2026, they attended Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fisioterapia (Physical Therapy). Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they studied at Associação de Ensino Social e Profissionalizante - ESPRO, where they obtained a degree in Administração de empresas (Business Administration) with a focus on Administração e Negócios (Administration and Business).
