Michael Dowds is an experienced operations manager currently employed at TOTALIS since February 2021. Previously, Michael served as a Senior Contracts Manager at Locksley Engineering Co. Limited from January 2015 to February 2021 and was the Joint Managing Director at William Coates Limited between October 2011 and December 2014. Michael's career began in 1990 at Weir & McQuiston Limited, where various roles included Director, Contracts Manager, Electrical Estimator, and Electrical Apprentice. Michael holds a Higher National Certificate in Building Services Engineering from the Belfast Institute of Further Education, attended Castlereagh College from 1991 to 1993, and completed secondary education at Grosvenor Grammar School from 1983 to 1990.
