Roopa Khatri currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Engagement & HR Operations at TotalEnergies since September 2019. Previously, Roopa co-founded Play Store Company from 2017 to 2019 and worked as a Human Resources Management Consultant at Quest ontheFRONTIER from October 2012 to July 2014, focusing on client servicing, talent assessments, and senior level recruitment. Roopa's earlier experience includes serving as the Manager of Human Resources (Recruitment & Training) at Total Oil India Ltd. between August 2007 and May 2011, and as Assistant Manager of HR & Admin at Ensemble Infrastructure India Limited from October 2004 to August 2007. Roopa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from the Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, Roopa is pursuing an Executive Development Program in Talent Management at XLRI Jamshedpur.
