Rachael Hilsdon is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in marine law and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at TotalEnergies since December 2018, Rachael has extensive experience advising on anti-corruption compliance and conducting misconduct investigations, having previously held the same title at Maersk Oil. Rachael's career also includes roles with Skuld as a Claims Executive, where contractual disputes were addressed, and earlier positions at Maersk Line and Stephenson Harwood LLP, focusing on marine and international trade law. Rachael's educational background includes a Legal Practice Course from The College of Law, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Birmingham.
