Leonor Hehn Pinto da Silva is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in project management and human resources systems. Currently serving as the People Project, Planning & Systems Lead at TotalEnergies since March 2018, Leonor has also held key roles as HRIS, Process and Campaign Partner and HR Project Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Junior HR Project Manager at Sanofi, where Leonor contributed to performance and compensation cycles and talent reviews, and as an HR Business Intern at Roche Diagnostics GmbH, where support was provided to HR Business Partners and involvement in significant HR projects took place. Leonor holds a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a Law degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, supplemented by an Abitur from Oporto German School.
