Leonardo Caixeta is an experienced professional in the field of geosciences, currently holding the position of Suriname Exploration Manager at TotalEnergies since September 2013. Leonardo has also served as the Black and Caspian Seas Exploration Manager and Mexico Assets Team Lead, where responsibilities included technical coordination of offshore exploration activities, prospect maturation, and well planning. Previously, Leonardo was a Senior Exploration Geologist in the Brazilian New Ventures team and has extensive experience as a Geologist at OGX Oil and Gas, focusing on seismic interpretation, risk assessment, and prospect evaluation. Early in career, Leonardo provided technical support for exploratory software at Accenture. Leonardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
