Julie Otjacques currently serves as the Responsable service juridique at TotalEnergies, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this, Julie was the Head of Legal, Regulatory & Public Affairs at Eneco Belgium from September 2021 to October 2024 and held the role of Bestuurder at ODE Vlaanderen between June 2022 and June 2024. Julie's extensive experience includes significant roles at Essent.be as Head of Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Market functioning & Data Protection Department, as well as Manager Legal & Regulatory Affairs from May 2007 to September 2021. Additional positions held include Legal Counsel at Sabena Technics and Business Lawyer at Fluxys. Julie's educational background encompasses an Executive Master in Management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and a Prosci® Change Management Practitioner certification, along with studies at Université libre de Bruxelles and Athénée Robert Catteau.
