Rolf Allgulander has been working in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years. Rolf started their career at Borealis in Sweden, where they worked their way up to Operations Manager of the Ethylene unit. Rolf then moved to Borealis Kallo in Belgium, where they were responsible for the site's Propane Dehydrogenation unit. In 2007, they left Borealis to join Nynas AB as VP of Manufacturing.

Allgulander has a proven track record of improving performance at the companies they have worked for. At Borealis, they led a performance improvement project for the Propane Dehydrogenation unit. Rolf also initiated a similar program for the worldscale Polypropylene unit at the site. At Nynas, they have continued their work to improve performance, and has been instrumental in increasing the company's competitiveness in the global market.

Rolf Allgulander has a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, an Executive MBA from the University of Gothenburg, and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Technische Universität Wien.

They are on a team with Rafael Renaudeau - VP, Nynas Bitumen, Hans Östlin - Director, Communication, and Johan Andersson - VP, Group Strategy & Sustainable Development. Rolf Allgulander reports to Stein Ivar Bye, Acting President & CEO.
