Benjamin Gillespie has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Benjamin started their career in 2007 as a Business Development Coordinator at CAMAC International Ltd., where they focused on West Africa. In 2009, they joined Eni as a Contracts Engineer, specializing in well construction in Nigeria. Benjamin then moved to Total E&P Nigeria Ltd. in 2011, where they worked as a Senior Buyer in Instrumentation. In 2012, they returned to Eni as a Senior Contracts Engineer, this time in Turkmenistan. Benjamin joined TotalEnergies in 2013 and has held various roles, including Head of Contracts for Well Construction and Contracts Manager for the Tilenga Project. Benjamin then transitioned to the role of Lead Economist in Exploration & Production and later became the Head of Economic Studies - Strategy & Markets. Currently, they serve as the Head of Offshore Wind Business Development Coordination.
