Cédric Sougné is a Senior Java Developer at TotalEnergies Power and Gas Belgium, where involvement includes serving as Technical Lead for the Icaros/Mari project implementation, focusing on Scheduling Agent, Outage Planning Agent, and balancing services providers. Prior to this role, Cédric served as an Analyst Programmer FullStack at ACIS asbl from September 2007 to May 2022, bridging the development and system teams and developing the AVIQ administration and billing WebApp. Cédric's career began with an end-of-study placement at Cisco EMEA TAC in early 2007. Cédric holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
