Stephanie LeBlanc has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Stephanie started their career as a Staff Accountant at T & W Professional Services in 1999 and worked there for six years. Stephanie then worked as an Accounts Payable at RadioShack for a year before moving on to Concentra in the same role. In 2007, they joined Accountemps as a Salaried Professional and stayed there for two years. Stephanie then worked as a Controller at Chalk Mountain Services of Texas from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, they served as an Interim Controller at Moore Transport of Tulsa before becoming a Controller at Kelford Energy, LLC from 2011 to 2012. Stephanie then worked as an Executive Business Consultant at Self Employed for a year. Finally, in 2013, Stephanie became the Chief Executive Officer at TotalCare, where they currently hold that position.

Stephanie LeBlanc received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Humanities, and Social Sciences from The University of Texas at Arlington, where they studied from 2005 to 2011. Stephanie went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Liberal Arts and Management at Harvard University from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, in 2015, Stephanie completed the Core: Credential of Readiness program at HBX | Harvard Business School.
