Kayla Shields has extensive experience in the healthcare billing industry, currently serving as the Manager of Revenue Cycle Management at Total Vision since March 2019, where previous roles included Supervisor and Medical Biller/Team Lead. Prior to this, Kayla worked at Pathways as a Medical Biller and Office Assistant from January 2017 to March 2019, and at Breathe Medical as a Medical Billing Representative from May 2015 to December 2016. Kayla began their career in customer service at The Home Depot and Kohl's Department Stores from 2012 to 2015. Kayla holds a Medical Front Office with Billing and Coding Certificate from the Career College of California and a High School Diploma from Rancho Alamitos High School.
