Bobby Farris

Bobby Farris is the CEO of Total Reclaim, Inc. and EcoLights NW, LLC.

Mr. Farris has spent his 25-year career providing executive level leadership and strategic direction for companies in the recycling industry. Prior to his current position, Mr. Farris served as General Manager of TerraCycle Regulated Waste, a subsidiary of TerraCycle, Inc. Formed from the acquisition of Air Cycle Corporation in 2017, TerraCycle Regulated Waste is the manufacturer of the Bulb Eater® drum-top fluorescent lamp machine which crushes spent fluorescent lamps of any length into 100% recyclable material while capturing released mercury vapors.

Other highlights from Mr. Farris’ career include: VP Business Development at JACO Product Recovery Services, a company which specializes in reverse supply chain and asset disposition for high technology electronics and toner cartridges; Senior VP/COO for Universal Recycling Technologies, an industry leading Electronics Recycling Company, where Mr. Farris was responsible for setting the strategic and operational direction of the organization and also managed all day-to-day sales, operations and administrative activities; and, Director of Electronics Recycling Services for Waste Management Inc, the largest waste hauler in the United States. At Waste Management, Mr. Farris’ responsibilities included direct management of all electronics recycling operations, solicitation and management of all 3rd party processing partnerships, establishing a network of 200+ collection locations in 48 states, as well as the setup and implementation of ISO 9001/14001, R2/RIOS and e-Stewards® Certification programs.

Mr. Farris is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (BA Political Science, 1991) and Florida State University (MA International Affairs, 1993) and performed two years of Doctoral Studies in Philosophy at the Claremont Graduate University.
