Eric Rickenbach is an accomplished leader in the medical device industry with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at TJO - Total Joint Orthopedics since August 2023, Eric previously held the position of Sr. Vice President of US Sales at Conformis from October 2019 to August 2023. Prior to that, Eric was the General Manager at Stryker Orthopaedics from January 2016 to August 2019, and before that, served as a Sales Manager within the same organization, where a significant sales increase from $14 million to over $22 million was achieved. Earlier in their career, Eric held vice presidential roles at RBACHOFFICE AND SCHOOL FURNITURE and TRI-R INCORPORATED, and began as a Medical Sales Representative, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales and operations. Eric Rickenbach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Parks Management from Penn State University.
