Eric Zack has a diverse work experience. Eric started their career as an Account Manager at Eagle Global Logistics in 2005 and worked there until 2008. Eric then joined Crane Worldwide Logistics as an Account Manager from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, Eric Zack joined Total IT, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales & Operations and later became the Chief Operating Officer in 2018.

Eric Zack attended the University of North Texas from 2001 to 2005, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
