Stephanie Vaughan is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in behavioral health and nursing. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse at Total Home Health INC. since November 2017 and as a Registered Nurse at Baptist Hospital Behavioral Health since May 2016, Stephanie focuses on caring for individuals with mental health challenges, including disease assessment, management, and medication education. Additionally, Stephanie has worked as a Field Nurse at Intrepid USA Healthcare Services since January 2009, providing in-home medical care, developing nursing care plans, and collaborating with physicians.
