Marissa Heino is an experienced professional in the field of chromatography and product management. Currently serving as the Americas Product Specialist for MCC Systems at Tosoh Bioscience since March 2023, Marissa focuses on the Octave product line for intensified chromatography. Previously, Marissa worked as a Field Engineer at Cytiva, conducting Installation and Operational Qualifications in cGMP environments. Academic experience includes research roles at the University of Delaware, exploring cell mechanotransduction in the Parreno Lab and using fNIRS technology for intervention studies with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Marissa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Delaware and ongoing studies toward a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management at Stevens Institute of Technology.
