Ricardo Mahadeo is the current Director / Managing Director at TOSL Engineering Limited. Ricardo has over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, starting their career as an Engineer in Training at Primera Oilfield Management Services Ltd. in 2001. In 2004, they transitioned to Kennicon Engineering as a Senior Mechanical Engineer before joining API Pipeline Co Ltd. as a Project Engineer later that year. In 2013, Mr. Mahadeo became the General Manager at Stork Technical Services Trinidad and held that position for 10 years until they joined Damus Limited as VP - Upstream & Overseas in 2016. In 2015, they also took on the role of President at Damus Caribbean Limited and served in both positions until 2018 when they left to join First Integrated Solutions Limited as Country Manager. Mr. Mahadeo remained with First Integrated Solutions until October 2015 when they took their current role at TOSL Engineering Limited.

Ricardo Mahadeo's educational career began with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies (UWI). Ricardo then completed Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers and Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage at Dale Carnegie. Next, they took Finance for non Finance Professionals at Arthur Lok Jack School of Business and Team Management & Leadership Skills Workshop also at Arthur Lok Jack School of Business. Afterwards, they obtained a PMP in Project Management from Microsearch International and Managing Multiple Projects from IIL. Finally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Strategic Planning Specialisation from Heriot-Watt University.
