Minna Honkamaa has over 15 years of professional work experience. Minna began their career in 2004 as a Work Practice for Coronaria. In 2005, they were a Bank Clerk for Danske Bank and held the same position the following year. In 2006, they were a Small Group Advisor for the University of Oulu and a Sales Person for Oulun Laukku Oy. In 2009, they were a Customer Service Assistant for Technopolis Plc and a Telemarketer for Suoramarkkinointi Mega Oy. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Facilities Coordinator for ARAMARK Ireland. Most recently, they have been a Finance Assistant for Tosibox since 2021.

Minna Honkamaa obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from the University of Oulu in 2010. Minna also attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2008, studying Political Science. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics from the Oulu University of Applied Sciences in 2006.
