Liam H. is an experienced IT Field Engineer at Torus since July 2019, specializing in IT infrastructure and leading large-scale projects while supporting first and second line engineers. Proficient in various technologies including Windows Server, Veeam, VMWare, and Microsoft Azure, Liam H. has also worked as a Support Desk Analyst and completed a 12-month university placement at Torus as part of a Computer Studies degree from Liverpool John Moores University, which was earned between September 2017 and May 2021. Prior to these roles, Liam H. gained customer service experience as a Customer Assistant at Tesco from November 2016 to December 2019.
