Dean Ashley is currently a Robot Operator II at Tortuga AgTech since April 2023. Previously, Dean worked at Tarmac from June 2019 to February 2024 as a Marine Quality Technician, responsible for Quality Assurance of marine aggregates and ensuring compliance with relevant standards, along with writing Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work. Between October 2016 and June 2019, Dean served as a Guest Services Coordinator for Carnival UK, managing Loyalty programmes for P&O Cruises and Cunard Lines while temporarily acting as Team Leader. Dean also held the role of Estates Assistant at the National Oceanography Centre for a brief period in late 2015. Educationally, Dean attended Solent University from 2009 to 2012.
