Joe Lovell is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Torquay United FC since May 2024 and the Managing Director of VX3 since March 2020. Prior roles include Managing Director at Gul Watersports Ltd and Commercial/Marketing Director at Lovell Sports, where responsibilities included overseeing comprehensive marketing activities across various brand sectors. Additionally, Joe held the position of Project Manager at Zone, a leading digital marketing agency, and gained early experience as a Business Development Executive at Create UK, along with roles in customer service and public relations. Joe Lovell earned a BSc Hons in Business Studies from the University of the West of England, following education at Churston Ferrers Grammar School.
