Josh Francis has extensive experience in sales and business development. Josh is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at FIO USA since 2021. Prior to their current role, they held multiple positions at Torq/Lite, including VP of Sales and Business Development from 2012 onwards, Director of Sales & Marketing from 2004 to 2011, and Marketing Manager from 2000 to 2003.

Josh Francis attended the University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business. Additionally, from 2018 to 2020, they studied Sales Management & Sales at Sandler.
