Fernando Oliveira Lauriano, CCP, PMP, currently serves as a Project Controls Specialist at the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) since October 2021, where responsibilities include cost budgeting, project cost analysis, and monitoring project authorities. Previously, Fernando worked as a Project Control Analyst at ECM - Industrial Projects from May 2011 to September 2018, overseeing EPCM Mining projects for VALE with a total value of approximately US$ 1.2 billion and managing a monthly budget forecast of $1M. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Controller at Concert Technologies from June 2007 to June 2010, where Fernando coordinated the design of a supervisory system for a hydroelectric power plant and assisted project managers with work breakdown structure, cost, schedule, and scope. Fernando holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a post-graduation degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
