Rachel Graham (Cooper) is an experienced HR executive with a demonstrated history of leadership in various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of HR Operations at Greater Toronto Airports Authority since October 2018, Rachel previously held roles such as AVP of Executive Compensation at Sun Life Financial and Director of Human Resources at Johnson & Johnson. Rachel's career encompasses expertise in compensation, benefits, and employee engagement across multiple sectors, including healthcare and financial services. Rachel has also contributed to strategic HR initiatives at OLG and Aditya Birla Minacs, managing significant total rewards systems and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Rachel holds a BA in Psychology from Western University and additional education from Durham College.
