Michael Madeley has extensive experience in aviation operations, currently serving as Manager of Operations for both Aviation Services and Baggage Services at Greater Toronto Airports Authority since December 2016. Prior roles at Jazz Aviation LP included Customer Service Manager, where safety and on-time departures were prioritized, Airport Operations Manager overseeing flight operations, and Tow Crew responsible for aircraft towing. Earlier experience includes a position as AVOP Coordinator at Greater Toronto Airports Authority, focused on air-side safety. Michael Madeley holds a Diploma in Aviation Management from Georgian College, completed in 2007.
