Heidi Ritscher serves as the Manager of Legal Operations at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, overseeing the design, management, and enhancement of legal operations and projects while managing an administrative team. Previously, Ritscher held managerial roles at Toronto Metropolitan University, the Ontario Centre of Forensic Sciences, and the Ontario Government, where expertise in client services, organizational development, and IT service management was demonstrated. Ritscher also contributed to academic environments as an instructor at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies, teaching Information Management Fundamentals. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Archaeology and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Psychology from the University of Toronto, along with leadership development certifications.
