Angella Dikmic is a seasoned professional in IT Vendor Management with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and contract management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of IT Vendor Management at Greater Toronto Airports Authority since April 2014, Angella has successfully implemented Vendor Management practices that enhance cost savings and risk reduction in IT services at Toronto Pearson International Airport. Previous roles include Manager of Strategic Sourcing at D+H and various managerial positions at Canadian Tire, where Angella built teams focused on IT contract negotiations and vendor relationship management. Additional experience includes working as Procurement Manager at Toronto Star and Operations Manager at Metroland Media Group.
