Jennifer Stulberg has extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management & Culture at Toronto Hydro since September 2009. During the tenure at Toronto Hydro, Jennifer has held various roles, including Manager of Talent Management, Director of Talent Management, and Organizational Development Program Lead. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at Toronto Hydro from September 1999 to January 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from McGill University.
