Gorav Sharma has extensive experience in accounts receivable and collections across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Accounts Receivable Operations at Toronto Hydro since March 2020, Gorav previously held roles at Prefera Finance Ltd. as Collections Manager and at TD Auto Finance, where contributions included leading a team of over 40 in cash management and dealer services. Gorav's career also includes positions as Team Leader in Collections and Senior Collections Officer, demonstrating a strong track record in achieving delinquency targets and enhancing customer experiences. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Business and an MSc in International Business from Vancouver Island University and the University of Hertfordshire, respectively, alongside a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
