Nathan Lewis-Lett is an accomplished community development professional with extensive experience in youth and community services. Currently serving as a Community Revitalization Assistant at Toronto Community Housing since September 2021, Nathan previously worked as a YouthReach Community Reintegration Worker at JVS Toronto. This role focused on supporting marginalized youth through employment counseling and resource referrals. Nathan's background includes an Assistant Language Teacher position in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme, where English education was provided to Japanese junior high school students. Other roles encompassed research assistance at Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services, co-founding the Glendon West Indian Association, team leadership at Tropicana Community Services, and recreational coaching at the YMCA of Greater Toronto.
