Ian Kennedy is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various organizational roles. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority since November 2019, Ian has also held positions at MPAC, including Acting Manager and Human Resources Specialist, from June 2017 to November 2019, and spent nearly a decade at the City of Toronto in various consulting roles. Prior to these positions, Ian worked as a Human Resources Consultant at First Advantage and as an English Instructor in Nagoya, Japan. Ian's foundational experience includes a co-op position in Human Resources with the Department of National Defence. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Psychology with a Philosophy minor from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration: Human Resources from St. Lawrence College.
