Paris Tsikis is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in real estate and hospitality law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Toromont Industries Ltd since September 2018, Paris previously held the role of Legal Counsel at The Rosdev Group from October 2014 to April 2018, focusing on legal matters related to the sale, acquisition, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate in both Canada and the United States. Paris also has experience as a Legal Research Assistant for Kiriakoula Hatzikiriakos, contributing to the publication of “Secured Lending in Intellectual Property, 2nd Edition.” Prior legal training includes positions as Articling Student at RÉSO Gestion Corporative Inc. and Summer Law Student with Barreau du Québec. Paris holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.B.) from Université de Montréal, as well as a Certificate in International and Comparative Law from the University of San Diego School of Law.
