Sam (Finn) Finnegan is an experienced Automation Engineer with a robust background in controls and software engineering. Currently at The Toro Company since June 2023, Sam previously worked at Cybertrol Engineering and Forward Technology, focusing on automation and controls for industrial applications. Prior experience includes leading software development for fiber optic manufacturing equipment at CommScope, managing a team of senior engineers, and mechanical design at Volumetric Technologies. Sam holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Minnesota.
