Ruby Carrillo has extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as Plant Director for The Toro Company overseeing Juarez plants 2&3 since November 2009. Prior to this role, Ruby held various positions within The Toro Company from 1993 to 2009, including Plant Director for Irrigation, Continuous Improvement Manager, Manager of Continuous Improvement, Transition Project Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer. Ruby's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, where studies were completed in 2011-2012.
