Carlos Maldonado Lugo has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. In 2013, they worked as a Property and Services Management Assistant at PEMEX. In 2018, they joined AT&T as a Bilingual Representative. From 2019 onwards, Carlos joined TORO TAXES FRANCHISE, where they held various roles including Sales Agent, Ancillary Services Director, and Sales Director. Currently, they serve as the VP of Franchise Development at TORO TAXES FRANCHISE.

Carlos Maldonado Lugo completed a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering at Universidad Veracruzana from 2013 to 2017. Carlos then pursued a Master's degree in Petroleum and Gas Industry Management at IEU Universidad from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Carlos is enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Administration at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, with an expected completion year of 2024.
