Geneviève Robert has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Geneviève started their career in 1999 as an Adjointe commis 7- Service de réparation at Bell Canada and then moved on to work as a Service à la clientèle/ Investigatrice/ Agent de recouvrement at Nordon Collecting Network from 2002 to 2006. Geneviève then worked as a Coordonnatrice Ressources Humaines et Paie at Nikon Optical Canada Inc. from 2006 to 2010.

From 2010 to 2014, Geneviève served as a Directrice des Resources Humaines at Keyrus Canada Inc., where they played a crucial role in advising managers and employees, developing HR policies and programs, and creating an effective internal communication and stimulating work environment.

From 2014 to 2017, Geneviève worked as a Généraliste Ressources Humaines at Corus Média. Here, they acted as the sole HR resource for employees in Quebec and provided guidance and support to managers while representing the company's values and culture.

Currently, since 2017, Geneviève holds the position of Human Resources Director at Tornatech. In this role, they manage a multidisciplinary HR team at the company's headquarters in Laval and professionals from the global factories. Geneviève develops and implements strategies to ensure effective HR management, efficient internal communication, and an engaging workplace that attracts, motivates, and retains key talents. Additionally, they establish and develops comprehensive plans and tools related to training, career management, organizational development, integration, performance management, HR visibility, recognition, and global compensation.

Geneviève Robert, CRHA has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources Management. Geneviève obtained their Bachelor's degree (BAC) in Gestion des Ressources Humaines from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed a Technical degree in Administration from Collège Ahuntsic, attending from 2002 to 2003, and another Technical degree in Administration from Bois-de-Boulogne, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Geneviève Robert has also earned a certification as a CRHA (Conseillère en ressources humaines agréés) from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, which they achieved in June 2007.
